Tod and Carlos have been in the Food & Beverage game for decades, and have taken their skills from St Croix to California, from New England to Florida. A lifetime of working for other people finally led to an opportunity to open Uncle Fatty’s in 2024. With the support of our families and many, many friends - both local and all over the world - we hope to begin our culinary world domination here in quaint Dade City!

The main focus of Uncle Fatty’s will be to provide quick, but exceptional pub food, from burgers to appetizers, salads and full meals that our clients can take home or eat next door at the Dade City Brew House. The menu will be constantly changing, since we are not short of ideas.

We can’t wait to open our doors to all of you. We’re excited.
